Shipping Policy – Cleo’s Rituals

Processing Time
All orders are lovingly prepared in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or high-demand items may require up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via USPS / UPS / FedEx, with tracking provided for every order within the USA only. Estimated delivery times:

- Standard: 3–5 business days

- Expedited: 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can watch your Cleo’s Rituals goodies arrive.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging all orders, but if your items arrive damaged or do not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your items.

Gift Packaging
