Returns & Exchanges
At Cleo’s Rituals, each product is hand-crafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our formulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Glow@CleosRituals.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Exchanges
For Exchanges please email Glow@CleosRituals.com with your name, address, phone number and the product you are returning for exchange. The fastest way to exchange is to make a separate purchase for the new item, return the item you have, and once the return is received, your original purchase will be refunded as long as the product has not been opened or used.
Returns
For unopened products in their original condition, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, less shipping costs to Cleo's Rituals LLC 3005 W Lake Mary Blvd. STE 111-610 Lake Mary, FL 32746. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Cleo’s Rituals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Sampler kits, promotional items, gift cards and discounted purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
